There are lots of apartments and villas in Nerja. Most are individually owned by foreigners or Spaniards that use them for holidays and/or renting. They often have no reception desk or any other facilities besides a swimming pool. Villa in this instance means a house with a private pool. ALWAYS beware of swimming pools with small children!
